1. Offer and contracting parties
This public offer applies to paid services on the VedicTime website you are visiting. The Customer is the user purchasing a paid service.
For the Russian website, the Service Provider is the individual entrepreneur identified above.
The Service Provider offers to enter into an agreement to provide access to selected features of the Service under this offer and the service description shown at checkout.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Service Provider supplies electronic access to the astrological service's features within the selected plan or a separate AI assistant credit pack, and the Customer pays for that access or those credits. The included features, limits, access period or credit quantity, and price are shown before payment.
The service consists of providing access to the selected features, rather than bringing about a predicted event. The purpose and limitations of astrological calculations and AI responses are explained in the Disclaimer.
3. Ordering and starting access
Before paying, the Customer reviews the service description, price, duration and renewal terms. Payment for the selected service after reviewing this offer constitutes acceptance of the offer and formation of the agreement.
Registering a free account does not by itself create an obligation to pay for a subscription. The conditions of trial access, where offered, are shown in the Service.
Paid access is activated after successful payment confirmation. If access has not been activated, contact info [at] vedictime [dot] com with the account and payment details.
4. Price, payment and renewal
New paid subscriptions renew automatically every month until automatic renewal is cancelled. The first payment is collected at checkout. Subsequent payments use the amount and currency agreed at checkout. The billing interval is a calendar month, not a fixed 30 days. The next scheduled charge date and amount appear in the account's Subscription section.
The price, currency, billing period and available payment methods are displayed before payment is confirmed. A change to the price list does not change the agreed amount or currency of an existing recurring subscription or the price of a period already paid for.
Payment is made through the services offered at checkout: PayPal, Stripe or YooKassa, depending on availability. Subscription checkout offers methods supporting recurring payments, including T-Pay through YooKassa where available. Payment confirmation and payment documents are provided in accordance with applicable requirements for each paid period or credit purchase.
By choosing Subscribe and confirming the first payment with the provider, the Customer authorises saving the selected payment method and automatically charging the agreed amount every month without further confirmation until renewal is cancelled. For YooKassa, payment details are saved by YooKassa; the Service Provider keeps a saved payment-method identifier linked to the Customer's account for subsequent charges.
Previously purchased prepaid subscriptions remain unchanged: their original terms and paid access end dates are preserved, and they are not converted to recurring payments. A new monthly subscription requires a separate checkout and the Customer's authorisation.
AI assistant credit packs are paid for once and do not authorise recurring charges. Buying credits does not start a subscription. For these purchases through YooKassa, the Service Provider does not request saving the payment method for future charges.
A failed payment does not activate or extend paid access. If the outcome of a payment is uncertain, the Service Provider checks it before submitting another charge. Payment-provider retries depend on the selected method; a fixed number of retries or an additional access period after failure is not guaranteed.
5. Rights and obligations
The Service Provider supplies the agreed paid access, handles reports of technical problems and takes measures to protect information. Third-party providers may support delivery of the service; this does not remove the Service Provider's obligations to the Customer.
The Customer provides the accurate information needed for the service, keeps sign-in details confidential, follows the Terms of Use and does not use the Service for unlawful activities or to infringe other people's rights.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The Customer can stop future subscription payments at any time without contacting support:
- Open account settings and choose Subscription.
- Select Unlink payment method for YooKassa or Cancel automatic renewal for other providers.
- Review the explanation and choose Confirm cancellation. Choosing Keep automatic renewal leaves renewal enabled.
After successful cancellation, the saved payment method is unlinked from that subscription and no new renewal charges are initiated. For YooKassa, the Service Provider stops using the saved method for that subscription. A payment already submitted for processing can still complete after cancellation. Paid access remains until the end date shown in the account unless a refund or early termination applies. Cancelling automatic renewal does not itself refund a payment. Prepaid subscriptions without recurring billing have no automatic payments to cancel.
The Customer may withdraw from the agreement in the cases and manner provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation. For consumers, this includes Article 32 of the Russian Law on Consumer Protection, which provides for cancellation of services subject to payment of the Service Provider's actual expenses incurred in performing the particular agreement.
For a cancellation or refund request, email info [at] vedictime [dot] com. Include your account email, payment date and order reference, if available. Do not send your password or full bank-card details.
The refund amount and timing are determined by applicable law and the circumstances in which the agreement was performed. Digital delivery of access does not by itself exclude statutory rights to cancel, receive a refund or make claims relating to shortcomings in the service.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data to perform the agreement is described in the Privacy Policy. The parties comply with applicable personal-data requirements of the Russian Federation.
Do not include information in messages or AI questions that is unnecessary for the selected service. Before entering another person's data, ensure that you have consent or another lawful basis.
8. Liability and disputes
The parties are responsible for breaches of their obligations in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. This offer does not limit mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
If a dispute arises, you can contact info [at] vedictime [dot] com. We will review the request and respond within the statutory deadline. Contacting support does not remove the Customer's right to seek judicial protection or contact the relevant authorities.
9. Duration and changes
VedicTime reserves the right to change prices, subscription plans and the range, content, functionality, limits or availability of its offered services at any time without prior notice, including adding, modifying or discontinuing services or features, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Updated prices and service descriptions are published on the website. These changes do not retroactively alter the price or agreed scope of services for a period already paid for. A change to the price list does not change an existing recurring subscription's agreed charge amount or currency. Other changes affecting existing subscriptions remain subject to applicable law, including any required notice, consent or cancellation rights.
This offer takes effect when published and remains in effect until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. A new version does not retrospectively change a period already paid for or remove the Customer's statutory rights.
The agreement remains in effect throughout the agreed service period and until the parties have fulfilled any continuing obligations. The agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. This offer is available in Russian and English.
10. Contact information
