1. About these terms
These terms explain how you may use the VedicTime website you are visiting (the Service). “VedicTime”, “we” and “us” refer to the Service. You are the person using it, whether you browse public pages or sign in to an account.
The operator of the Russian website is identified above.
Please read these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. Purchases of paid services are also subject to the Public Offer. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. What VedicTime provides
VedicTime offers tools and reference materials for exploring Vedic astrology, including birth charts, calendars, compatibility calculations and AI-assisted interpretations. Available features depend on the page, your account and your plan.
Astrological content is intended for information, learning and personal reflection. It does not guarantee future events or replace qualified medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. AI-generated responses may contain mistakes.
Guru includes optional memory across dialogues. Automatic collection is enabled by default unless you turn it off, and can save facts from statements about yourself in eligible questions without asking you to approve each fact. You can turn off “Allow collecting facts automatically” in Guru's Memory view and control use of saved memory with “Memory” in each dialogue. Turning collection off does not delete existing facts. “Clear all memory” deletes both custom and automatically collected memory, while keeping your dialogues and collection preference. The Privacy Policy explains the scope of collection, AI processing, storage limits and how to request access, correction or deletion. Saved facts may contain errors or become outdated. These terms do not replace separate consent where required by law.
3. Your account
You can browse public materials without an account. Some features require registration, and others require a paid plan. Registration itself is free.
- Provide accurate information where it is needed to deliver the Service, and keep your email address current.
- Keep your password and sign-in links private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Only submit another person's information if you have permission or another lawful basis to do so.
- You may request account closure through the account settings where available, or by emailing info [at] vedictime [dot] com. Data handling after closure is explained in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use and published content
Do not use the Service for unlawful activities, harassment, fraud, distributing malware, accessing another person's account or collecting personal data without permission. Do not bypass access restrictions or overload the Service with automated requests.
You remain responsible for content you submit, including blog articles, comments and shared reports. You must have the necessary rights to publish it. When you choose to publish or share content, you allow VedicTime to store and display it as needed to provide that feature. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
We may restrict access or remove content to address security risks, unlawful activity or breaches of these terms. If you believe a restriction is mistaken or content infringes your rights, contact us with the relevant page and details.
5. Paid features and subscriptions
The checkout page shows the selected plan, price, currency, billing period and available payment methods. Review these details before paying. Access is activated after successful payment confirmation.
- New paid subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel renewal. The first payment is collected at checkout; subsequent payments use the agreed amount and currency. Billing is monthly, not every fixed 30 days. The next scheduled payment date and amount appear in your account's Subscription section.
- By choosing “Subscribe” and confirming the first payment with the payment provider, you authorise saving the selected payment method and using it for monthly charges without further confirmation. For YooKassa, payment details are saved by YooKassa; VedicTime keeps a payment-method identifier linked to your account for these charges.
- Existing prepaid subscriptions keep their original terms and paid access end dates. They are not converted to automatic payments. A new recurring subscription requires a separate checkout and your authorisation.
- AI assistant credit packs are one-time purchases. Buying credits does not start a subscription or authorise recurring charges. For credit purchases through YooKassa, we do not request saving the payment method for future charges.
6. Payments, cancellations and support
You can stop future subscription payments yourself at any time:
- Open account settings and choose Subscription.
- Select Unlink payment method for YooKassa or Cancel automatic renewal for other providers.
- Review the explanation and choose Confirm cancellation. Choosing Keep automatic renewal leaves renewal enabled.
After successful cancellation, the saved payment method is unlinked from that subscription and no new renewal charges are initiated. A payment already submitted for processing can still complete. Paid access remains until the end date shown in your account unless a refund or earlier termination applies. Cancelling automatic renewal does not itself refund a payment. A prepaid subscription without recurring billing has no automatic payments to cancel.
A failed payment does not activate or extend paid access. If a payment's outcome is uncertain, we check it before submitting another charge. Payment providers may have their own retry rules; a fixed number of retries or extra access after failure is not promised.
For a payment problem, cancellation or refund request, email info [at] vedictime [dot] com with your account email, payment date and order reference, if available. Do not send your password or full card details.
Refunds and withdrawal requests are assessed under the applicable purchase terms and law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or automatically excludes a refund simply because access is digital.
7. Intellectual property
The Service's software, design and editorial materials are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Use the sharing and export features provided by the Service, and respect any attribution or licence attached to a material.
Unless a licence or applicable law permits it, do not republish, resell or redistribute protected content without permission. Rights in user-submitted materials remain with their owners.
8. Availability and changes
VedicTime reserves the right to change prices, subscription plans and the range, content, functionality, limits or availability of its offered services at any time without prior notice, including adding, modifying or discontinuing services or features, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Updated prices and service descriptions are published on the website. These changes do not retroactively alter the price or agreed scope of services for a period already paid for. A change to the price list does not change an existing recurring subscription's agreed charge amount or currency. Other changes affecting existing subscriptions remain subject to applicable law, including any required notice, consent or cancellation rights.
Calculations depend on the information supplied and the settings selected. We may correct errors, update features or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance and security. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every calculation or interpretation will be error-free.
Updated terms will be published on this page. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated through the Service or email as required by applicable law. Changes do not remove rights relating to services already purchased.
9. Applicable rights and contact
These terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights to seek a remedy remain in place. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
